EOE's third anniversary showcase brought together players, parents, partners, and emerging talent for an evening of panel discussions, storytelling, and the inaugural EOE Awards hosted by EOE Mentor Rukiah Ally and Mentee Tihana.

The event featured honest conversations about navigating women's football, celebrated the people rewriting the narrative in the grassroots game, and created tangible opportunities — including a two-week placement at TalkSport and a fully funded FA Level 1 coaching course sponsored by EOE.
