WHY WE EXIST
Effort Over Environment is a dual entity organisation that exists to bridge two gaps that should not exist.
On one side, we work with brands that recognise the value of genuine cultural connection but lack the access.
On the other, we create tangible pathways for young women in football whose potential is too often limited by circumstance rather than ability.
Both sides are driven by the same conviction - that background should never be a barrier, whether you are a brand trying to reach a community or a young woman trying to reach her potential.

ESTHER ELIAS
An award-winning entrepreneur, marketing professional, licensed football coach and scout, and community curator, working at the intersection of sport, creativity and social justice. She has sat on boards spanning EDI and youth leadership, and is a public speaker recognised with the Football Black List Barclays Community & Grassroots Award (2026), among other nominations.
