Esther Ope Elias

Esther Ope Elias is the Founder and Managing Director of Effort Over Environment, a dual-entity organisation creating pathways for young women in football while giving brands authentic access to the communities shaping the next generation of the game. She launched EOE in 2022 at the age of 16.

An award-winning social entrepreneur recognised for her work in the community by Chelsea FC and Arsenal FC, Esther became the youngest and only female coach at Crystal Palace Women's Academy at 17, and the youngest and only Black female coach at Nottingham Forest FC Academy at 19. Through EOE Ltd, she has recruited talent for global sports brands, delivered grassroots tournaments, and consulted across the football and cultural partnership space. Through EOE Collective CIC, she is building football, personal development, and visibility pathways for young women aged 14–25.
