THE COLLECTIVE
Creating on-pitch and off-pitch pathways for young women through football, personal development, and visibility.
The EOE Collective is the non-profit arm of Effort Over Environment, built for young women aged 14–25. We exist to equip them with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to thrive within the football industry and beyond — because the goal isn't just to get young women in the room. It's to make sure they're running it.
3%
Of women in football come from minority ethnic backgrounds — showing a clear need for inclusion and representation.

OUR THREE STRANDS
01
FOOTBALL
Coaching, wellbeing, player progression, and talent identification. A place to play, progress, and be seen — whether you're just starting out or ready for the next level.
02
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Mentoring, education, career pathways, and life skills. The off-pitch work that builds confidence, opens doors, and stays with you beyond playing the game.
03
VISIBLITY
Storytelling, representation, and media. We put young women on platforms, in front of cameras, and into the conversations that shape the football industry.
