The EOE Collective is the non-profit arm of Effort Over Environment, built for young women aged 14–25. We exist to equip them with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to thrive within the football industry and beyond — because the goal isn't just to get young women in the room. It's to make sure they're running it.

MEET EMMA-GRACE

FOUNDER & COACH | 2023 COHORT
SINCE JOINING THE COLLECTIVE IN 2023, EMMA-GRACE HAS EMBARKED ON A CAREER IN COACHING. EMMA-GRACE WAS ALSO INSPIRED TO CREATE HER OWN SOCIAL ENTERPRISE FACILITATING MALE AND FEMALE FOOTBALL ACTIVITIES.
EMMA-GRACE HAS BEEN AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF THE EOE FOUNDATION, ATTENDING OUR LAUCH EVENT AS WELL AS FOOTBALL SESSIONS AND WORKSHOPS.
